Initial consultation which consists of:

information in order for us to develop a plan
tailored to help you reach your
goals. Please bring the
completed questionnaire. At this meeting, we will give you
an explanation of what we do and how we can help you.
It is a question and answer period so that you can be
comfortable making an investment in us and ultimately in

Second consultation which
consists of:
- "Before" pictures in order to track
results

if required (normally chosen by athletes)

Explanation of your personalized exercise plan
- Explanation of your detailed nutrition plan
designed specifically for you, your goals and your

In depth personalized
vitamin and supplement regime if required.
For the next 12 weeks:

Bi-weekly 30 minute appointments in person at our
facility (6 total)

Bi-weekly 1 hour cardio and strength training
sessions at our facility (6 sessions)

Consistent maintenance and monitoring of exercise plan, nutrition plan, and
supplement regime.
