Have you recently joined a gym but first want to learn how to properly perform basic exercises in a private setting? We can help. We understand how the workout equipment and machines in a busy gym can be daunting when you are unsure how to use them. Within an hour in our private gym, we can teach you how to perform the basic exercises on modern equipment for a total body workout. We will also send you on your way with a work out plan that you can follow on your own.
