I had competed at the “2004 Northern bodybuilding” show and on my long hard journey I met my soul mate, my life partner and my soon to be wife, without her help I would have never made it. A half year later I found myself married. Now my wife and I wanted to experience the trial that I had endured the year before that brought us together, we wanted to compete together. To accomplish that, we struck out to find a coach that would help us considering our special “needs”

You see I’m a local truck driver, and if I’m lucky on a good day I’ll get to have a warm meal sitting a table, not cold chicken and rice (it’s more disgusting then it sounds) while driving through traffic. Not to mention the stress you endure in traffic on a daily basis and being out in the elements has its own set of challenges.

Now that’s nothing compared to Sherry, my lovely wife, cancer stricken at the age of 15 and having her thyroid removed has left her medicated without a natural metabolism and very fragile neck bones/muscles due to radiation therapy. To make matters worse 3 years ago a drunk wraps a truck around a pole nearly crushing her.

With all the baggage that we had I thought a dream of competing together seemed far fetched, until we meet Al & Angela, we told them all the obstacles that we had to overcome and it didn’t phase them, with total confidence they said we could be show ready in 20weeks. I could write a book on those 20 weeks but I’ll give you these highlights, they tailored our diets perfectly not only to our needs but gave us choices on foods we could use, their nutrition information was amazing. They saw the potential in us on days we couldn’t, they helped hold us together with their confidence in us. There is not enough I could say to fully thank them for all they did for us, this is a journey that you can never be totally prepared for, but with Al & Angela in your corner you will not only make it to your goal, you will have your own life-altering experience.
